Cancellation FAQs

It's extremely fast! We complete all orders and items as quickly as possible. Depending on your location, delivery time can range from 2 to 3 working days. That won't stop us from trying to get your order to you as soon as possible. You can enter your location's pin code on each product's display page to see when you might expect delivery.

1. Please log in to your account.
2. In the top right corner of your screen, click on the My Account section.
3. Choose the order/item you want to cancel.
4. Find and click on the "Cancel" button.
5. The order has been canceled.

When a customer cancels, we begin the refund process right away. Depending on the payment method used, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your source account may vary.

Absolutely! But, we must tell you that cancellations are not a pleasant experience for us.

It can indicate one of two things: 1. The order may have already been packed or shipped out, in this case, you may refuse delivery. 2. Something on the website may not be functioning properly. Give us a call or write us an email, and we'll assist you in resolving the issue.
