1. Order Cancellations
If you change your mind and want to cancel your entire order before it's delivered, you can do so for a full refund, including the shipping fee. However, for non-prepaid orders, there won't be any refund.Your order might also get canceled if you can't receive it after three attempts or if your address is incorrect. When your order is delivered, it will be an open-box delivery. Check for any missing or damaged items and let us know right away. If you find issues, you can refuse to accept those items.
Our returns policy has two parts-
Return Creation, Eligibility
You can return items within three days of receiving your order. You can only create one return request per order, so make sure to include all the details needed when you contact customer support.
Reasons for return include-
- Unsatisfactory product quality
- Damaged product or packaging
- Product nearing expiry or expired
- Wrong product delivered
- Incorrect quantity delivered
Return Pick-up & Scheduling
Once you've created a return request, we'll schedule a pick-up for the items. Make sure you're returning the exact items you ordered. If you can't hand over the items after two attempts, your return request might be canceled.
After we pick up the returned items, we'll process a refund for the items.
4. Exceptions to this Policy
We aim to make returns easy for you, but there are some exceptions. We may reject claims if-
- The product is undelivered
- Product or accessories are missing
- Wrong product or accessories are delivered
