Discount Store's terms of service are the rules that govern how the company provides its customers with access to its services and website. By accessing or browsing this website or any of its services, you are deemed to have agreed to all of its terms of use, so we ask that you please read the terms carefully before using our website or registering on our website.

The terms “Customer”, “User” and “You” mean anyone who has agreed to browse or access the website. Whereas the term “We”, “Our” and “Us” is used for liberty who is the sole owner of the website. Liberty reserves the right, without prior notice, to modify, change, add, or remove any portion of these Terms of Use. All users are encouraged to review the Terms of Service on a regular basis, as if you continue to use our website after changes, it will be understood that you have accepted or agreed to the revisions.

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can replace your product that you have bought from Chittarr, within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided that the article(s) being returned for exchange is clean, unused, and in their original state and packaging.

All items returned for exchange or claim must be accompanied by the original invoice. There is no guarantee/warranty/refund/exchange for items purchased on sale or at a discount. Products/ Articles sold under any promotional plan, which includes gift coupons/ discount coupons issued under any discount/ promotional scheme of Chittarr or in association with any third party, are not eligible for exchange or refund/ claim. After approval of the claim/ exchange, it is mandatory to have the article inspected by the store and to return the article to our stores. In the first instance, Chittarr will offer a replacement only against any product available in the store at the time of the claim/ exchange. If the customer's preferred article or size of merchandise is not available at the store, Chittarr will issue a credit note within 90-days. Any refund of the full or partial invoice value of the purchased merchandise will be the last resort and will be at the discretion of management.

Replacements for claims/ exchanges are subject to the availability of the same product. If the same product is not available at the store, the replacement will be adjusted against a subsequent purchase at the same store, or the customer will be issued a credit note for the equivalent amount with a 90-day validity period. Regardless of the current price of the claimed/ exchanged article at the time of the claim/ exchange, the value of the replaced product will be equivalent to the original purchase value of the claimed/ exchanged article, as stated in the Invoice.

  • If the replaced article’s cost is less than the original cost of the claimed/ exchanged article, Chittarr will first issue a credit note for the remaining value, with a refund of the remaining amount being the last option available at Chittar’s discretion.
  • If the replaced article’s value is higher as compared to the original value then the difference will be recovered by the store in cash against the sale.
  • Claims/ Exchange will be entertained till 5 P.M. only.
  • In all cases, Chittar’s decision will be considered final.
  • For future reference, you are requested to preserve the cash memo.
